  • Day 1: Saturday, 15 March 2025 – Tokyo
    Welcome to Japan! Upon arrival, a coach will whisk you to your hotel. At 6:30 PM, meet your guide for an evening adventure in Tokyo. Together, you’ll explore the vibrant Shinjuku district by metro, experiencing the seamless efficiency of Japan's public transit. Shinjuku, renowned for its bustling nightlife, promises an exciting introduction to the city. Dinner is included, and afterward, you'll return to your hotel via metro with your guide.
  • Day 2: Sunday, 16 March 2025 – Tokyo
    Start your day with a guided five-hour tour through Tokyo, where futuristic cityscapes blend with serene traditions. Pause at Zojoji Temple for a picture-perfect view of Tokyo Tower, surrounded by Jizo statues adorned with hats and robes, said to guide and protect travelers and children. At Shibuya Crossing, witness the mesmerizing flow of humanity at one of the world's busiest intersections. Visit the tranquil Meiji Shrine and drive through the stylish Omotesando area. Marvel at the historic Nijubashi Bridge near the Imperial Palace before continuing to Akihabara's electric wonderland. The tour concludes at Sensoji Temple in Asakusa, Tokyo's oldest temple, where you'll have time to browse Nakamise Street. Lunch at a local restaurant is included, with your afternoon free for independent exploration.
  • Day 3: Monday, 17 March 2025 – Tokyo to Mount Fuji & Kawaguchiko
    Leave the metropolis behind as you journey into the picturesque countryside surrounding Mount Fuji. Begin at Arakurayama Sengen Park, where iconic views of Fuji are framed by traditional pagodas. Continue to the charming town of Kawaguchiko, nestled amidst lakes and mountains. Visit the serene Fuji Sengen Shrine, a sacred site enveloped by towering trees, and embark on a delightful boat ride across Kawaguchiko Lake. After lunch, ascend Mount Fuji's scenic Fifth Station for stunning panoramic views, weather permitting. Back in Kawaguchiko, unwind at a traditional Ryokan, complete with the chance to relax in an onsen (hot spring bath). Dinner is included.
  • Day 4: Tuesday, 18 March 2025 – Kawaguchiko to Kyoto
    Travel through scenic mountain roads to Iyashi no Sato Nenba, a restored traditional village showcasing Japan's rich heritage through craft shops, museums, and eateries. Next, visit the enchanting Shiraito Falls, a cascading masterpiece amidst lush greenery. In Nagoya, motor enthusiasts will delight in the Toyota Museum before continuing to Kyoto for your overnight stay.
  • Day 5: Wednesday, 19 March 2025 – Kyoto
    Spend the day immersed in Kyoto's timeless beauty. Explore Arashiyama, crossing the romantic Togetsukyo Bridge and wandering through the mystical bamboo grove near Tenryuji Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Discover iconic landmarks such as Fushimi Inari Shrine with its famous torii gates, the Imperial Palace, and the Golden Pavilion of Kinkakuji. The day ends in Gion, Kyoto’s historic geisha district, where you'll enjoy free time to soak in the atmosphere.
  • Day 6: Thursday, 20 March 2025 – Kyoto to Nagano via Tsumago and Matsumoto
    Begin the day in Tsumago, a charming village of preserved wooden houses. Enjoy free time to explore its quaint streets before heading to Matsumoto, where you'll visit the majestic “Crow Castle.” In the evening, arrive in Nagano for your overnight stay.
  • Day 7: Friday, 21 March 2025 – Nagano to Ikaho via Jigokudani and Kusatsu
    In Nagano, visit Zenko-ji Temple and participate in the Gomakuyo ceremony for blessings. Journey to Jigokudani Monkey Park, where Japanese macaques soak in hot springs amidst snow-dusted forests. After lunch, ascend the Japanese Alps, passing semi-active volcanoes, to reach Kusatsu, a lively spa town with open-air onsens. The day concludes in Ikaho, where you’ll stay in another traditional Ryokan. A Japanese-style dinner is included.
  • Day 8: Saturday, 22 March 2025 – Ikaho to Tokyo via Nikko
    Your final day takes you to Nikko, where you’ll visit the ornate Toshogu Shrine and Taiyuinbyo Mausoleum. Walk along Kanmangafuchi Gorge, lined with hundreds of serene Jizo statues. After some free time in Nikko, return to Tokyo by evening. Optional Extra Night Extend your stay in Tokyo for one additional night, allowing for a leisurely departure on Sunday, 23 March 2025. This journey offers a perfect blend of Japan's modern marvels, natural beauty, and ancient traditions. A truly unforgettable adventure awaits!

  • Tax Collected at Source (TCS)

    TCS will be applicable on total Billing as per Government approved rate. Same will charged on invoice. TCS Certificates are issued and emailed on half yearly basis. 

    Please note  : Our package rates do not include TCS. Same will be over and above the package rate.
  • Health Regulations
    Please check the Health regulations of the destination / transit destination before travel.
  • Special terms for Hotel Reservation:

    ·        Hotel Check in time 1400 hrs and Hotel Check out 1200 hrs. Guaranteed early check in / check out will attract additional charges.

  • Confirmation and Payment Terms

    ·        Formal confirmation email along with guest Passports & PAN will be required

    ·        50% advance to be paid at the time of confirmation

    ·        Balance 50% to be paid on or before the cut off date, which will be mentioned after confirmation

    ·        All bookings are on pre payment basis.

    ·        The itinerary will be released once payment receipts are confirmed.

    ·        In case there are any tax liabilities or bank charges involved they would have to be borne by you.

  • Cancellation Term
    • Once after confirmation : Rs 5000 per person
    • Before Cut off Date : 25% of package cost
    • After Cut off Date : 100% of the package amount
    • "No Show" is subject to Full Booking Charges
    • Amendment, if requested, cost will be provided on case to case basis.
  • General Terms

      ·        This is just a quote, no reservations held yet or booking is not proceed yet. The rooms & rates are subject to availability at the time of booking / confirmation.

      ·        Hotel, Sightseeing, Meals, Transfers rate might change without any prior notice until & unless it been booked/ confirmed from your end.

      ·        The change in dates will attract re-quote.

      ·        Normal Hotel check-in time is from 14.00 hrs onwards. & check-out time is at 12.00 hrs.

      ·        Additional Bank charges will be applicable, if payment is made in foreign currency.

      ·        The above cost does not include any kind of surcharge if applicable during the given travel period.

      ·        There will be an additional cost for an entire transfer between 22:00 - 07:00 hrs (if not stated inside the package) or out of SIC Schedule timings based on destination of travel.

      ·        Please note there will be time gap between pick up from airport / Hotel check in & flight Landing. Also there will be time gap between flight take off & airport drop/ hotel check out. Hotel check in / out may be at a particular time. Guaranteed early check in / late check out will attract additional charges.

      ·        At check in all guests will be required to present a Major Credit Card or pay a security deposit.

      ·        Quotation is calculated at current exchange rates between as on quoted date. If the exchange rate fluctuates by more than 2% of the rate as on quote date, we reserve the option to revise the price accordingly

      ·        Our quotations to you are in a specific currency and the invoices will be / are in INR to allow you to pay us in India. Hotel Travelia specifies a particular conversion rate for a particular invoice. By accepting or confirming the booking you are accepting the conversion rate specified by us. Quotation might change due to currencies ROE fluctuation during confirmation & booking process.

      ·        No hotel rooms / facilities booked for you. Same is/are subject to availability.

      ·        If the said hotel is not available, alternate accommodation will be arranged, change in cost if any will be advised.

      ·        Traveller / Person dealing on behalf of traveler, agrees and accepts to the above conditions.
